In 1994, Natasha was born in Yogyakarta from a unique and heartfelt gift. dr. Fredi Setyawan sought to create a special skincare formulation for his wife, drg. Tantri Onny Bianti, as a way to honor her beauty and well-being. This personal gesture, rooted in care and affection, evolved into a dedicated clinical network under PT Pesona Natasha Gemilang (PNG).
We stand by our philosophy of "Nature Meets Technology", where active botanical extracts are harmoniously combined with advanced medical technology. This synergy creates highly effective, safe, and halal-certified skincare treatments designed to address tropical climate challenges.
Today, our corporate holding operates 191 branches nationwide across 4 distinct clinic brands: Natasha Skincare (comprehensive premium aesthetics), Natasha Luxe (ultra-premium cellular rejuvenation & plastic surgery), Naavagreen (affordable natural botanicals), and Azqiara (halal beauty tailored for modern Muslimah and hijabers).

Owner & Founder
Visionary entrepreneur and clinician with over 30 years of experience in medical aesthetics. Began his career as a public health physician in Klaten before formulating botanical creams for tropical climates, launching the first Natasha clinic in Ponorogo in 1998. Graduate of medicine from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
drg. Tantri Onny Bianti
Owner & Founder
Distinguished dentist and entrepreneur who co-founded Natasha Skin Clinic & Skincare, pioneering the "Nature Meets Technology" concept. Under her leadership, the brand expanded to 100+ locations nationwide. She oversees product development and clinic network service innovations. Graduate of dentistry from Universitas Gadjah Mada.

President Director
President Director with extensive experience in dermatology-aesthetic services and brand operations. Under his direction, Natasha obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2018, emphasizing quality processes and commercial leadership. Medical doctor graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
Anindya Garini Hira Murti Triadi
Chief Operating Officer
COO with over 24 years of marketing and sales leadership. Spent 23 years at Unilever (including GM of Unilever Indonesia) and served as General Manager of Abbott Nutrition Indonesia before joining PNG in October 2025 to manage end-to-end P&L and operations. Alumna of Oxford Brookes University, UK.
Pauline Liongosari
Chief Commercial Officer
CCO with over 15 years of commercial and brand leadership. Former brand lead at Unilever, Global GM of Anlene at Fonterra (directing Southeast Asia & China), and Managing Director at Ultima Asia Network before joining PNG in June 2025 to lead commercial strategy. Alumna of Bina Nusantara International University.
